Charity Trust Board
To Whom It May Concern:
The new Charitable Trust Board consists of the Gaming Advisory Commission, who is Lena Landry, (Chairperson), Don Coats (Commissioner), and Linda Hayes (Commissioner). The new Board has set up the process for dispensing the funds as follows. Send any and all requests to this board for any charitable purposes. The regulations require that we serve certified, qualified charitable programs that have an IRS 501 C3 certificate.
Preference will be given to those programs that serve any Native Americans in the Pierce County area or the State of Washington. Remember, the process is to refer all requests to the Charitable Trust Board and they will send you the proper documents that have to be all completed prior to any one receiving any charitable moneys.
